P&C Business Partner, Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Offering guidance and coaching to managers and employees on pertinent business and people priorities, such as identifying top talent, succession planning, supporting recognition and rewards, setting objectives, managing performance, organizational design, workforce planning, learning & development, and terminations.

• Participating in store and market visits with cross-functional partners to present talent and P&C data and trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of progressive HR experience in retail and/or hospitality.

• You are adept at navigating relationships and skilled in utilizing data to manage a diverse group of stakeholders.

• Strong project management abilities with a knack for adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing data, evaluating individuals, recognizing trends, and formulating prioritized recommendations.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills, comfortable discussing large-scale complex changes.

• You can swiftly acquire a deep understanding of the business, critical processes, priorities, and plans.

• Highly flexible and adaptable in the face of uncertainty.

• You can strike a balance between independence and teamwork.
