PBM HIT Technology Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with new Health Information Technology (HIT) vendors concerning emerging clinical opportunities for Humana's PBM.

• Assess potential HIT vendors in relation to strategic initiatives and new industry standards.

• Facilitate the execution of contracts with new HIT vendors for Humana's PBM.

• Assist in managing current business relationships with external HIT partners.

• Promote enterprise alignment with cross-functional teams and implement operational transitions.

• Deliver exceptional service to customers based on their requirements.

• Engage with pharmacists and healthcare professionals in a collaborative team setting.

• Analyze opportunities and oversee the planning and execution of new vendor contracts related to PBM HIT initiatives.

• Partner with Humana enterprise leaders, HPS executive leaders, and external collaborators.

• Provide strategic advice to executives on functional strategies and significant matters.

• Propel technology and process enhancements for Humana's PBM.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership.

• Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle.

• Understanding of the Waterfall development methodology.

• Proficient in Agile Development Methodologies.

• Experience in IT business analysis, including the development of artifacts.

• Capacity to facilitate the efforts of cross-functional teams.

• A strong desire to contribute to an organization that aims to enhance consumer experiences.

• Capability to meet home internet requirements of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Ability to work from a designated space free from continuous interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.

• Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be necessary.
