PB & Claims Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain the Epic PB Admin and PB Claims applications.

• Assess business needs and enhance Professional Billing and claims processes.

• Diagnose production issues and deliver continuous application support.

• Engage in testing, upgrades, implementations, and support during go-live phases.

• Work collaboratively with operational, IT, and vendor teams to provide efficient solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Epic PB Admin and PB Claims Certifications are mandatory.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.

• Minimum of 3 years of analytical experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare, business, or information systems.

• Proficiency in Epic application development, optimization, and support.

• Experience in supporting Epic implementations and activities during go-live.

• In-depth knowledge of Professional Billing, claims processing, and Revenue Cycle workflows.

• Experience with hospital billing is preferred.

• Additional Epic Certifications are advantageous (Cadence, Charge Router, etc.).

• Hourly compensation based on experience, ranging from $60.00 to $83.00/hr.
