This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Guide clients through the comprehensive UKG Ready implementation process—from initial discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and going live.
• Configure and enhance UKG Ready Payroll and Core HR modules by employing industry best practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to comprehend business processes and devise efficient solutions.
• Conduct client workshops, facilitate working sessions, and review solutions.
• Oversee testing cycles, data validation, and system acceptance processes.
• Work in tandem with project managers and other consultants on multi-module implementations.
• Offer post-go-live support and best practice recommendations to promote long-term client success.
• Remain informed about UKG Ready product improvements and implementation strategies.
• 2–4 years of experience in UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) implementation, particularly in Payroll / HR.
• Background in configuring or supporting HRIS / Payroll systems.
• Knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle and system testing protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to engage directly with client stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with additional UKG Ready modules (such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, etc.) is advantageous.
