Payroll Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from the home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Employ various teaching techniques to craft engaging lessons

• Develop and prepare learning materials related to lessons in alignment with the curriculum

• Administer assessments to evaluate competency growth

• Assist participants in enhancing their professional skills and transitioning into the labor market

• Act as an input provider and learning coach to facilitate the competency development of course participants

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational training in commercial/business fields with relevant experience in payroll accounting

• Alternatively suitable profiles include tax clerks (Steuerfachangestellte) or HR administrators

• Demonstrated teaching experience in one or more relevant subject areas

• Proficient knowledge of payroll accounting using DATEV

• Familiarity with payroll accounting through Lexware

• Understanding of the basics of payroll accounting

• Knowledge of the payroll processing structure

• Valid proof of pedagogical qualification (AEVO)

• Exceptional command of German as the instructional language (C2 level)

• A strong passion for aiding individuals in expanding their professional competencies and integrating into the workforce
