This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding the optimization of HRIS and payroll systems.

• Collaborate directly with clients to gain insights into their payroll and HR processes and identify areas for enhancement.

• Configure, optimize, and provide support for HR and payroll platforms, including Paycor, Workday, ADP, Paylocity, UKG, and other similar systems.

• Evaluate current system configurations and suggest enhancements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

• Assist with system cleanups, reconfigurations, and redesigning processes.

• Support new system implementations, upgrades, and transitions.

• Aid in system setup, configuration, testing, and activities leading to go-live.

• Help clients migrate from legacy systems or PEOs to new platforms.

• Validate payroll configurations, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and reporting.

• Provide assistance with payroll processing and validation as necessary.

• Troubleshoot payroll and system-related issues and drive their resolution.

• Ensure that payroll configurations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to the system.

• Communicate effectively and confidently with client stakeholders at various levels.

• Provide system training and documentation to foster client self-sufficiency.

• Translate technical capabilities of the system into actionable business solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.

• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Paycor, Workday, ADP, Paylocity, UKG, Ceridian, or similar systems.

• Experience in system implementation, configuration, optimization, or transitions.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, and compliance issues.

• Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.

• Experience with payroll in the construction industry is a significant advantage.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently in a consulting context.

• Ability to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously.
