📋 Description

• Take charge of regional payroll execution, ensuring accuracy in every aspect — consistently.

• Oversee complete payroll operations across various countries with diligence and responsibility.

• Validate, reconcile, and prepare payroll information in collaboration with internal partners.

• Examine third-party payroll results, pinpointing discrepancies and facilitating resolutions.

• Uphold payroll timelines and guarantee all deadlines are reliably achieved.

• Actively identify and escalate risks that could affect payroll precision or schedules.

• Work in tandem with People Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to local statutory regulations.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes, automation efforts, and system upgrades.

• Keep precise documentation and disseminate knowledge throughout the team.

• Established background working with external payroll service providers.

• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation abilities.
