Payroll Specialist – Entgeltabrechnung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Reliable payroll processing and development of the in-house payroll system

• Assistance with complex inquiries

• Implementation of legal changes and compliance with tax regulations

• Advisory support for employees and management

• Collaboration with authorities and external parties

• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Creation of evaluations, statistics, and reports

• Continuous improvement of processes and systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing

• Expertise in wage tax and social security law

• Experience in collaboration with accounting

• Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking

• Structured working style

• Ability to work independently and precisely

• Responsibility in handling sensitive personnel data

• Strong communication skills as a point of contact for employees and management

• Digital competence in using DATEV and Microsoft Excel
