
Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete cycle of US domestic payroll on a biweekly and semi-monthly basis.
• Oversee and maintain the time tracking system for non-exempt employees, ensuring all timecards are accurate and approved prior to payroll processing.
• Prepare and review all payroll data, which includes new hires, salary adjustments, commissions, benefits, and any other payroll-related information received from stakeholders.
• Support payroll compliance issues, such as multi-state tax withholding, garnishments, and annual audits.
• Prepare and execute equity events, including RSU, NSO, ISO, and ESPP transactions.
• Address and resolve payroll inquiries within SLA timeframes.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in US Domestic payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, including reconciliations, SOX controls, and wage types and their implications for taxation/W2.
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently with little supervision.
