This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Assist Managers in client engagement by ensuring all information is accurate and delivered on time.
• Offer support and guidance for all implementation projects and go-live events.
• Provide daily functional assistance to teams to ensure successful payroll delivery.
• Oversee the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook.
• Responsible for updating, maintaining, and enforcing Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
• Ensure and approve System Maintenance Testing.
• Aid in the review of the Statement of Works before it is shared with the Client to confirm its suitability.
• Address Technical/Functional issues escalated from the team, ensuring all system issues/defects are accurately reported and tickets logged with necessary details and evidence for Application Services and/or Products to investigate.
• Collaborate with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the legislation roadmap, ensuring the team is trained on upcoming changes and that processes are updated as needed.
• Provide support during Year End processes.
• Capable of recognizing and handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Proactively identify upsell opportunities.
• Assist Management in resolving client escalations and apply lessons learned.
• Enhance team members' skills through training delivery and coaching to help them succeed in their roles.
• Ensure compliance with Strada Security Standards.
• Complete time recording accurately and punctually.
• Contribute to team meetings and promptly raise any issues with your Operations Manager.
• Stay updated with all Strada HR announcements and communications.
• Build strong relationships with all lines of business as appropriate.
• Participate in projects and activities as assigned.
• In-depth knowledge of various inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other key areas that integrate with payroll.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently while following established processes and procedures.
• BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in administering Singapore Payroll in HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate settings.
• Expert knowledge of payroll processes, practices, and relevant legislation.
• Preferred knowledge of HRIS systems: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Payroll certifications are a plus.
