This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete payroll processing for multiple EMEA payrolls.
• Ensure the payroll processing system and records are maintained by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Verify data feeds from the HR system to guarantee that fixed data changes are accurately reflected in the payroll system.
• Collaborate closely with the payroll vendor and other external partners to facilitate a seamless monthly process.
• Deliver payroll and benefits reports to HR and Finance within strict deadlines.
• Keep the internal Payroll Procedures manual updated by documenting any changes in processes and new procedures.
• Address complex payroll inquiries from various departments and employees.
• Suggest continuous process enhancements to improve the quality and reduce the costs of Payroll services.
• Ensure that compliance and control requirements are consistently met.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll and benefits across international payrolls, with a mandatory focus on UK payroll.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and managing aspects of the payroll process in line with local compliance regulations.
• Extensive technical experience in UK payroll.
• Proven experience collaborating with payroll systems and HR business partners.
• Ability to thrive in a highly sales-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills in challenging situations, with a keen awareness of cultural and regional differences.
