This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Aids in the preparation of payroll within Workday Payroll for employees compensated on biweekly and monthly schedules.
• Inputs and maintains OnDemand payroll records upon approval from Management.
• Acts as the primary contact for payroll and resolves payroll-related issues affecting employees (such as non-payments, pay discrepancies, general inquiries, etc.).
• Executes data entry tasks associated with payroll and benefits.
• Monitors withholding orders and other non-tax communications received from governmental authorities.
• Generates ad hoc payroll reports and other documentation for Finance, HR, and other authorized entities.
• Conducts audits of payroll data to verify accuracy.
• Engages and collaborates with third-party payroll partners as necessary.
• Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• An associate degree in business administration or a related business discipline is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of high-volume payroll experience in a professional service industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in delivering quality customer service is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Familiarity with Workday Payroll software is preferred.
• Experience with UKG software is strongly preferred.
