This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the administration of weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for organizations nationwide across diverse systems and industries.
• Deliver innovative and structured solutions to our clients that promote scalability, add value, and foster trust.
• Process client payroll accurately, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and internal regulations.
• Ensure that hours are accurately imported from Time & Attendance systems.
• Supervise the processing of payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Keep precise records and generate reports as necessary.
• Submit contributions for 401k and HSA as required.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all payroll-related systems utilized by our clients (including 401K and HRIS) to meet their current needs and provide future business recommendations.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct, hands-on payroll experience.
• Experience with multi-state companies/clients is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll compliance regulations.
• Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with some or all of the following systems is highly desirable: Gusto, Paylocity, Rippling, ADP, Paychex, iSolved, Paycom.
• Certifications like CPP or FPC are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
