Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire advanced proficiency in our client’s payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now, Rippling and/or Paylocity) and SalesForce CRM technologies.

• Oversee and execute the complete payroll process for your designated clients while maintaining service quality ratings of 9+ on client surveys.

• Process various payroll administration tasks accurately and efficiently for our clients within set timelines, including prorating pay, calculating final pay, managing multi-state tax withholding, handling garnishments, and addressing report requests.

• Familiarity with commissions, bonuses, stock compensation, and expense reimbursement entries.

• Support Workers Comp, 401k, and financial audits as necessary.

• Proficient in Excel, particularly with vlookup and pivot tables.

• Cultivate strong relationships with your client contacts and colleagues founded on mutual trust, respect, and a shared ambition to achieve outstanding results.

• This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working with numbers and can handle the pressures associated with managing payroll for our clients.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-client payrolls and familiarity with payroll technologies.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory. What is essential is a dedication to delivering quality work and a strong desire to excel in all your endeavors.

• Payroll Accounting experience is a plus.

• FPC/CPP Certification is an advantage.
