Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete payroll cycle for designated countries, from payroll preparation to payroll completion and post-payroll reconciliation, ensuring accuracy throughout.

• Gather and process payroll inputs, which include new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, commissions, absences, and final settlements.

• Collaborate with external payroll vendors and EOR providers, assess payroll reports, resolve any discrepancies, and authorize payroll for payment processing.

• Ensure adherence to local payroll, tax, social security, and employment regulations in Australia, Great Britain, and Germany.

• Maintain the accuracy of payroll data throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Act as the primary payroll contact for employees.

• Generate payroll reports, integrate them into accounting software, maintain payroll records, and ensure readiness for audits and active participation in them.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, ideally within a multinational setting.

• Practical experience managing the complete payroll process and collaborating with external payroll vendors and/or EOR providers.

• Solid comprehension of payroll processes, payroll controls, and gross-to-net calculations.

• Familiarity with BAS ERP is a plus.

• Understanding of payroll legislation in Australia, Germany, and/or the United Kingdom is advantageous.

• Proficient in Excel and fluent in English.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to work independently, handle multiple deadlines, and take ownership of assigned payroll tasks.
