This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute payroll on a biweekly basis, encompassing multiple pay cycles utilizing ADP.
• Precisely compute wages, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Generate and distribute comprehensive reports to relevant departments.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Maintain and update payroll systems with employee data, compensation structures, and tax settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in processing full-cycle payroll, ideally within organizations employing 500 to 1500 individuals.
• Proficient in ADP or comparable payroll software (particularly ADP Workforce Now).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and robust experience with ERP/reporting systems (Oracle Fusion experience is a plus).
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll laws, including tax regulations, wage and hour compliance, and benefit deductions.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and precision.
