This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring that all deliveries align with budget, schedule, and quality standards to satisfy client requirements.
• Handle project deliverables, scope, and expectations while fostering effective communication and relationships with sponsors, project committees, senior leadership, and executives.
• Create and monitor comprehensive project plans, which include schedules, cost estimates, resource allocation, communication strategies, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to manage the project budget, ensuring proper oversight and reporting of financials.
• Guarantee adherence to Strada standards across all projects delivered.
• Disseminate best practices and essential insights to facilitate ongoing improvement.
• Compile project status reports and maintain information systems in line with Strada Global standards.
• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in project management.
• Background in HR consulting, payroll, and outsourcing (mandatory).
• Experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Proficiency in vendor management.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
