This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing: Execute bi-weekly payroll for Dutch Bros. LLC.
• Handle specific payroll functions, which include (but are not limited to): Garnishments, Payroll Draws, and Direct Deposits.
• Manage employee bonuses as directed by the Finance/Accounting Departments.
• Distribute manual payroll checks as necessary.
• Process manual checks upon request from the Human Resources Department.
• Safeguard DB operations by maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Track and update payroll change documentation.
• Print pay stubs upon request.
• Maintain transparent and open communication with HR and Finance/Accounting Departments: Create and manage employee Payroll files for DB LLC.
• Provide support to employees in utilizing time and attendance software.
• Address inquiries related to employment verification.
• Assist employees in setting up online user access.
• Document and revise DB LLC payroll processes as necessary.
• Respond to employee and HQ Payroll inquiries within one business day: Provide payroll information to other departments as required through reports, charts, graphs, or other requested formats.
• Handle Verification of Employment requests and wage verifications.
• Troubleshoot employee system-related issues.
• Assist employees with questions regarding W2s, Direct Deposits, and pay stubs.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings as needed to ensure all departments, Operators, and Franchisees have the necessary information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year of payroll/HR/admin experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate degree is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills are essential.
• Previous experience with DB is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting reporting deadlines is essential.
• Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and engaging positively with others.
• Possess intuitive analytical skills to proactively identify and address accounting and operational issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate recommendations clearly and promptly.
