This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with U.S. payroll, HR systems, employee data management, compliance, and reporting.
• Accurately process semi-monthly U.S. payroll on time across various states.
• Manage payroll-related state tax accounts and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Guarantee adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Aid in annual payroll and compensation processes as well as audits.
• Act as the primary administrator for BambooHR and uphold HRIS data integrity.
• Oversee onboarding and the setup process for employees.
• Support daily People & Culture operations and assist with special projects.
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices with payroll deductions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. payroll and HRIS.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-state payroll processes.
• Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with payroll compliance and wage and hour laws.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
• Capacity to manage confidential and sensitive information with care.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Full-Time Position, 40 Hours a Week.
• Required travel: less than 5%.
