This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the Payroll (Personnel) and Tax departments.
• Develop and evaluate policies and process flows pertinent to both sectors, ensuring that all countries are covered.
• Establish essential KPIs and reports to track the activities of the teams.
• Guarantee the precise calculation and disbursement of salaries, benefits, social charges, and taxes.
• Identify tax planning opportunities that could lessen the company's tax liabilities and social charges.
• Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure that processes meet business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation or Payroll.
• Strong experience in tax and payroll/personnel operations.
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
• Background in tax planning.
• Understanding of the Brazilian tax reform.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on processes and metrics monitoring.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
