This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Execute comprehensive payroll processing from start to finish, primarily focusing on payroll for Canada and the US.
• Manage payroll cycles across diverse regions, ensuring precision and promptness.
• Oversee payroll inputs, calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Assist with global year-end payroll tasks, tax filings, and reporting requirements.
• Administer benefits for Canada and the US, including health, dental, disability, life insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave management.
• Manage international benefits in collaboration with global vendors and local brokers in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Process enrollments, life events, terminations, and benefit updates on a global scale.
• Over 10 years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Essential: Direct experience in processing payroll for Canada and the US (not limited to oversight roles).
• Demonstrated track record as a payroll practitioner actively managing payroll cycles.
• Experience with global payroll across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC is advantageous.
• Background in administering North American and international benefits.
• Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Payroll certification is required (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
