This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Inform and/or input manual modifications into payroll on a monthly basis while ensuring compliance.
• Guarantee timely and precise creation and submission of P60s, P11ds, and year-end completions.
• Accountable for the preparation of audits.
• Provide payroll and some benefits information/reports, in collaboration with HR, to assist the broader Finance team.
• Ensure that current policies and procedures for Payroll are established and maintained.
• Actively collaborate with ADP to enhance the utilization of the system.
• Establish and uphold productive working relationships with external agencies.
• Operate within GDPR guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Take ownership and become the expert in end-to-end payroll processes.
• Execute all related pension payment processes affecting payroll.
• Validate the accuracy of monthly data input by colleagues.
• Process and provide guidance on ad-hoc payments and any other off-cycle payments.
• Analyze processes and internal reports.
• Manage all payroll and related pension inquiries.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience leading a Payroll team with an emphasis on ADP Celargo.
• Proven ability to build and manage a highly collaborative and effective team supporting multiple companies/business units, with a dedication to a culture of collaboration, performance, transparency, and integrity.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record in fostering cross-collaborative working relationships across an organization and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Stay updated on payroll laws, regulations, and taxation, adjusting processes to ensure compliance as needed.
