• Serve as a true subject matter expert for the Nordics, with a focus on Denmark.
• Participate in Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead.
• Engage in Sales hand-over, Lead client hand-over, and client kick-off calls.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the process from inception to Parallel runs and the initial month of ‘Live’ payroll before transitioning to Payroll Operations.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all decisions made during the implementation process, providing Payroll Operations with full visibility, including any necessary Standard Operating Procedures for 'Business As Usual'.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the implementation process, including internal teams and customers.
• Develop and execute standardized payroll processes, project plans, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Offer ongoing support during and after the implementation phase to address any issues or challenges.
• Assist the broader implementation team, including Payroll Generalists and the operations team.
• Maintain a focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Possess skills in implementing and enhancing processes.
• Mentor, support, and lead Payroll Generalists working alongside you.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our platform, complete UAT testing, and ensure all changes are documented.
• Significant payroll experience in a client payroll setting.
• Expert knowledge of legislation in the region, particularly in Denmark.
• Experience in payroll implementation.
• Strong familiarity with Intega payroll software used in Denmark.
• In-depth knowledge of local payroll tools and software such as SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Possess an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international work environment and a passion for making a positive impact.
• Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
• A productivity enthusiast who continually seeks ways to enhance and expedite their work.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
