This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Serve as a true subject matter expert focusing on the Nordics, particularly Denmark.
• Participate in Sales calls in the capacity of the Country Payroll Lead.
• Engage in Sales hand-over processes, lead client transitions, and facilitate client kick-off meetings.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the entire process from initiation to conducting parallel runs and the first month of 'Live' payroll before transitioning to Payroll Operations.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all decisions made during the implementation process and ensure that Payroll Operations have complete visibility, including any necessary Standard Operating Procedures for ongoing operations.
• Create and sustain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the implementation process, including both internal teams and customers.
• Develop and execute standardized payroll processes, project plans, and procedures to guarantee consistency and efficiency.
• Provide continuous support during and after the implementation phase to address any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Assist the broader implementation team, including Payroll Generalists and operations teams.
• Focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Possess skills in implementing and enhancing processes.
• Capable of mentoring, supporting, and leading our Payroll Generalists who will collaborate with you.
• Work with internal teams to enhance our platform, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring all changes are properly documented.
• Extensive experience in payroll within a client payroll environment.
• In-depth legislative knowledge in the region, particularly with a specialization in Denmark.
• Proven experience in payroll implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating payroll processes and issues to customers and other stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with Intega payroll software in Denmark.
• Comprehensive understanding of local payroll tools and software, including SAP and Excel / Google Sheets.
• An analytical mindset paired with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment with a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
