Payroll, LCPtracker Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports utilizing LCPtracker.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, which includes compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and related labor regulations.

• Review employee timecards, wage rates, deductions, and job classifications to ensure accuracy.

• Reconcile discrepancies in payroll with clients and address employee payroll inquiries.

• Monitor requirements related to fringe benefits, overtime, and prevailing wages.

• Generate payroll reports for audits and governmental agencies.

• Keep abreast of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

• Practical experience with LCPtracker and certified payroll reporting.

• Familiarity with prevailing wage laws, the Davis-Bacon Act, and compliance in public works.

• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and wage calculations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
