
Payroll Implementation Lead – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Work closely with clients to gather payroll requirements
• Confirm and set up customer payroll solutions and integrations
• Support data mapping, migration, year-to-date preparation, and accuracy verification
• Oversee all phases of system testing and resolve configuration challenges
• Manage go-live activities to ensure the payroll system is fully prepared
• Monitor project progress and maintain documentation
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated experience in more than 5 successful RHPRO implementations
• Comprehensive understanding of LATAM payroll regulations (e.g., Argentina, Chile, Peru)
• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• Exceptional communication abilities
