
Payroll Division Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• The leader responsible for driving market penetration through targeted Payroll initiatives that generate additional revenue from both new and existing clients.
• Oversee and meet the Division’s monthly sales objectives while managing and guiding a team.
• Tasked with recruiting and interviewing to consistently expand the sales team(s).
• Provide ongoing support to field employees to better comprehend their challenges and offer coaching as needed.
• Maintain client records, both existing and prospective, in alignment with company policies.
• Deliver status updates to the VP and/or SVP.
• Accountable for meeting minimum production standards, including Install Margin Goal percentage.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and hold individual one-on-ones with team members.
• Organize monthly training sessions for the team.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Successfully complete DMAP Training.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure consistent monthly sales performance.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accomplish objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of effectively managing the complete sales cycle.
• In-depth industry knowledge along with a solid understanding of the sales process.
• Ability to devise innovative solutions to problems.
• Proactive mindset with a robust work ethic and a customer-focused, entrepreneurial approach.
• Capable of managing change effectively.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining the organization’s culture.
• Willingness to spend a minimum of 50% of the time in the field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of formal training and relevant work experience is preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales and sales management is preferred.
