This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• A leader tasked with enhancing market presence through targeted Payroll initiatives that generate additional revenue from both new and existing clients.
• Oversee and meet the Division’s monthly sales productivity targets while leading a team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors.
• Responsible for recruiting and interviewing candidates for TM and PCA positions.
• Implement divisional communications effectively.
• Supervise PCA/TM activities.
• Develop the capabilities of Territory Managers.
• Create business plans for Territory Managers.
• Cultivate, manage, and improve partnerships with internal teams and external organizations.
• Encourage collaboration and compliance with corporate sales policies and objectives.
• Tasked with ongoing recruitment and interviewing to expand the sales team.
• Provide continuous support to field employees to understand their challenges and offer coaching as needed.
• Maintain client records for existing and prospective clients in the CRM system, currently Atlas.
• Keep building and enhancing knowledge of the current product/service offerings, along with trends in the financial technology sector.
• Deliver status reports to the VP and/or SVP.
• Responsible for meeting minimum production standards, which include Install Margin Goal %.
• Lead weekly team meetings and conduct individual one-on-ones with team members.
• Facilitate monthly training sessions for the team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Successfully complete DMAP Training.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including effective public speaking skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve consistent monthly sales results.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to take initiative and accomplish objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of effectively managing the entire sales cycle.
• Possess strong industry knowledge along with a working understanding of the sales process.
• Ability to devise innovative solutions to problems.
• A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and a customer-focused, entrepreneurial approach.
• Ability to manage change effectively.
• Capability to work independently while maintaining the organizational culture.
• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.
