Payroll Division Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Responsible leader for driving market penetration through targeted Payroll initiatives.

• Reports directly to a regional Vice President (VP).

• Manage and meet the Division’s monthly sales productivity goals.

• Recruit and conduct interviews for Payroll Territory Managers (PTM) and Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).

• Develop PTMs, formulate PTM business strategies, and oversee SPA/PTM activities.

• Cultivate relationships with partners, business networking groups, and the Outside Sales POS/Payments team.

• Monitor compliance with corporate sales policies.

• Facilitate weekly team meetings and lead monthly training sessions.

• Provide status reports to the VP and/or SVP.

• Meet minimum production benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Successful completion of pre-employment background screening.

• Successful completion of DMAP Training.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including effective public speaking skills.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve consistent monthly sales outcomes.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of managing the complete sales cycle effectively.

• In-depth industry knowledge and familiarity with the sales process.

• Ability to devise innovative solutions to challenges.

• Proactive mindset with a robust work ethic, customer-centric approach, and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to the organizational culture.

• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of formal training and relevant work experience is preferred.

• Preferred experience of 3-5 years in outside sales and sales management.
