This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Assist associates and specialists in enabling them to operate independently throughout the process by overseeing, organizing, and coordinating the resolution of any obstacles.
• Efficiently manage and oversee ticket queues utilizing appropriate tools to ensure timely handling, accurate categorization, compliance with expected thresholds, and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Facilitate training on ticket management as required.
• Diligently monitor and track all client SLAs using suitable BI tools to ensure compliance with the reporting calendar and standard processes; if SLAs are not being met, identify root causes and develop action plans for follow-up.
• Capable of utilizing the HR suite of tools relevant to their team's scope.
• Conduct, support, and manage a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when issues arise that result in client escalations, ensuring that mitigating actions are effectively implemented.
• Aid in identifying deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service and calendar, ensuring adherence to the Change Request process and the Defective Input process.
• Comprehend global standard processes as well as the contractual scope of service for their team.
• Identify and resolve potential inefficiencies in processes.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to coach and develop action plans that enhance performance, provide constructive feedback, and share relevant business updates as needed.
• Assist with recruitment, induction, onboarding, training, transfers, contract modifications, and exit processes, ensuring these standards are properly tracked.
• Manage access across all relevant systems for their team and provide support on logistical matters.
• Ensure compliant usage of all systems and company assets.
• Conduct performance reviews for their team in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Oversee schedule adherence, team productivity, capacity, and utilization.
• Support and comply with all security procedures while managing security incidents according to defined processes.
• Assist in coordinating and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere; correct behaviors and enforce business etiquette.
• Work collaboratively and positively with the Operations Manager in a strict and flexible manner.
• Participate in additional projects and activities that align with personal skills as needed and assigned.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate environment.
• Experience in supporting Belgium payroll is advantageous.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work both independently and within a team while adhering to processes and procedures.
• BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
