Payroll Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensuring that employees of our clients receive their salaries accurately and punctually each month.

• Entering data into the system while validating and performing necessary calculations.

• Handling statutory documentation processing.

• Executing payroll processes and responding to employee inquiries via email or phone.

• Compiling reports, reconciling accounts, and facilitating payments.

• Testing the functionalities of the payroll system.

• Assisting less experienced team members by reviewing files and reports in accordance with SOPs and set deadlines.

• Promptly identifying risks and errors to notify relevant parties, adhering to risk management protocols.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement within the team to enhance overall effectiveness.

• Developing strong relationships with client teams, client representatives, and external service providers.

• Contributing to the overall success of the team by offering support based on team needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent command of English – minimum C1 proficiency.

• 2-4 years of experience in UK Payroll or Finance.

• Familiarity with UK legislation.

• Knowledge of SAP HR would be advantageous.

• Strong customer service skills and experience.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
