Payroll Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of payroll data, which includes data entry, assisting in the preparation, creation, and execution of the monthly payroll using SAP Globalview.

• Provide support for international payroll administration within the GWO team as needed.

• Aid in the onboarding process of new employees.

• Manage correspondence with institutions such as tax authorities, social security organizations, health insurance providers, and pension organizations as a key SAP user.

• Address inquiries regarding payroll procedures and practices through various channels in ServiceNow (e.g., email, phone, chat, and case management system).

• Collaborate with internal and external partners for global assignments entering and exiting the scope.

• Inform employees about available services and promote the use of self-service tools and other systems.

• With a strong affinity for IT and a focus on continuous improvement, you will think creatively and provide recommendations for ongoing process optimization based on your analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in European Payroll; experience with French, Italian, UK, Dutch, or Turkish payroll is advantageous.

• Familiarity with payroll legislation or similar regulations is essential.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) are required; proficiency in Dutch, French, Italian, or Turkish is a plus.

• Ability to document processes and suggest improvements is necessary.
