
Payroll Coordinator – Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the management of payroll processes for both exempt and non-exempt employees across various states to guarantee adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with employees to identify missing time entries and resolve any inconsistencies.
• Assist in the evaluation and validation of time records for accuracy and completeness for weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles.
• Partner with employees and clients to implement adjustments for prior pay periods and correct timecards to facilitate invoicing.
• Handle payroll exceptions such as overpayments, off-cycle adjustments, and more.
• Aid in processing PTO payouts, garnishments, bonuses, and other forms of supplemental pay.
• Address payroll inquiries from employees.
• Help manage phone communications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• At least three (3) years of payroll experience in environments with multiple pay schedules.
• Experience managing payroll for over 500 employees.
• Understanding of multi-state payroll compliance as well as wage and hour regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient analytical and data processing capabilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (experience with iSolved is advantageous).
