Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supporting our German payroll specialist with the management of outsourced payroll services in Germany.

• Engaging with customers regarding the German payroll landscape, providing them with a smooth payroll service experience.

• Integrating our systems and processes while training your colleagues.

• Offering advice and assistance to clients in adapting their foreign HR policies to employment relations for their designated employees in Germany.

• Guaranteeing that employees receive accurate payments in compliance with local regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a relevant bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience and mindset;

• You have a background in German payroll regulations, ideally with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role;

• You have a professional command of both the German and English languages (C1 level or higher), in both written and spoken forms;

• A strong advantage: familiarity with DATEV Payroll software;

• Another strong advantage: experience with payroll across multiple European countries;

• You are driven to deepen your knowledge of the intricate HR, employment, legal, payroll, tax, and immigration regulations, particularly within our international employment outsourcing framework;

• You are enthusiastic about learning, proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks, and detail-oriented.
