This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Providing exceptional payroll, technical assistance, and training to POA clients and internal teams

• Enhancing the UKG Ready platform experience across Payroll, HRMS, and TLM modules

• Managing a portfolio of key accounts utilizing the UKG Ready platform

• Accurately inputting and processing payroll data in a timely manner

• Conducting client training sessions and supporting the addition of any extra products as necessary

• Anticipating client needs proactively while maintaining regular and professional communication

• Actively pursuing growth opportunities for POA by identifying and acting on sales prospects

• Coordinating client training initiatives within a designated book of business

• Participating in client hand-off meetings alongside the Implementation Team

• Cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with POA leadership and clients

• Ensuring favorable outcomes through the use of discretion and judgment

• Overseeing quality control to ensure data integrity for all clients

• Engaging in both internal and external training to enhance professional skills


⛳️ Requirements

• High level of technical proficiency within the UKG Ready platform

• Current FPC or CPP Designation - Preferred

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Payroll Service Bureau - Preferred

• College degree preferred

• Expert knowledge in Payroll, Tax, Garnishments, 401K, and Health Benefits

• Familiarity with TLM Pay Calc 2.0

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• High proficiency in Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups

• Strong facilitation, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities

• Detail-oriented with advanced Microsoft Office skills
