Scientific Client Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts.

• Facilitate onboarding communication, manage the briefing process, conduct kick-off/status calls independently, and ensure clarity on "next steps".

• Supervise comprehensive project execution from client onboarding to campaign delivery for designated content programs.

• Continuously assess project deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to synchronize delivery schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related area).

• 2–3 years of proven experience in client services, project coordination, or campaign delivery within science/medical communications or a STEM media setting.
