This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Tasked with identifying and reaching out to new clients.
• Maintain comprehensive records of current and prospective clients in alignment with company policies, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact details, and other pertinent client information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently utilizing Atlas.
• Accountable for meeting minimum production targets, which include securing initial appointments to achieve a WIN.
• Continuously enhance and expand knowledge of the current product and service offerings, as well as staying informed about trends and developments in the financial technology sector.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and hold one-on-one sessions with leadership on a weekly basis.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
• Must reside in the vicinity of the job posting location.
• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is necessary.
• Strong skills in prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking are essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated sales “hunter” with an incentive-driven mindset.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold impeccable integrity.
• Possess a high sense of urgency and inherent sales aptitude.
• Enjoy engaging in cold-calling and face-to-face interactions with clients.
• Accountable for delivering measurable, high-quality, and timely outcomes.
• Willingness to spend at least 50% of the time in the field.
