This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Execute payroll processing for hourly, salaried, and 1099 personnel.
• Ensure payroll records are maintained in line with compliance standards.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Liaise with payroll and benefits service providers.
• Perform quarterly audits of state tax and unemployment accounts.
• Generate payroll and benefits reports as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits.
• Familiarity with Rippling is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel are essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong focus on employee needs, combined with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
