This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Provide support for Payroll(s) as needed to ensure delivery in accordance with the established processing calendar(s) and agreed KPIs.
• Leverage Payroll expertise to address client queries/issues, ensuring a solid understanding of country-specific legislation and responsibilities.
• Ensure that Data Management is executed accurately and punctually when applicable.
• Respond to Tickets and Calls within SLA timelines and maintain a high standard of service.
• Adhere to Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs), identifying any gaps or inconsistencies in the documentation while assisting in the update of DWIs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing systems and tools effectively.
• Complete SOC Controls timely and provide the necessary evidence.
• Accurately report all system issues/defects, logging tickets with the required details and evidence for Application Services and/or Products to investigate.
• Alert the Service Manager to any deviations from the standard scope of service.
• Recognize and manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Successfully achieve all learning objectives.
• Complete Time Recording accurately and on schedule.
• Adhere to and follow Strada Security Standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings, promptly raising any concerns to your Service Manager.
• Stay informed about all Strada HR announcements and communications.
• Foster strong relationships with all relevant lines of business.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders as necessary.
• Engage in projects and activities as required and assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience relevant to the position’s requirements.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience managing Thailand Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or similar corporate setting.
• Proficient knowledge of HRIS.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
