This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Provide support to Payroll(s) where applicable, ensuring delivery aligns with the agreed processing calendar(s) and meets the established KPIs.
• Utilize Payroll expertise to address client queries/issues while ensuring a comprehensive understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
• Ensure that Data Management is carried out accurately and within the designated timeframes where applicable.
• Respond to Tickets and Calls within SLA timelines and maintain a high standard of service.
• Adhere to Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs), identifying any gaps or inconsistencies in documentation, and assist in updating DWIs as necessary.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing various systems and tools.
• Complete SOC Controls punctually and provide the requisite evidence.
• Report all system issues or defects accurately, logging tickets with the necessary details and evidence for investigation by Application Services and/or Products.
• Inform the Service Manager of any deviations from the standard service scope.
• Demonstrate the ability to recognize and manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Successfully fulfill all learning objectives set forth.
• Accurately record time and ensure it is submitted on time.
• Adhere to and follow Strada Security Standards.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and promptly communicate any issues to your Service Manager.
• Stay informed regarding all Strada HR announcements and communications.
• Cultivate positive relationships with all lines of business where applicable.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders as necessary.
• Engage in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree along with demonstrated equivalent experience relevant to the position requirements.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience managing Indonesia Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or other corporate setting.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to support a global and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
