• Keep pension records current and address related inquiries promptly.
• Guarantee precise and timely submission of pension contribution files.
• Offer administrative assistance for payroll, including pension-related documentation and reporting.
• Aid in compliance and audit evaluations for pension schemes.
• Provide support to the broader payroll team as necessary.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll or payroll administration.
• Familiarity with UK pension schemes and auto-enrolment procedures.
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll software.
