This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee UKG payroll modules with insights into compensation and benefits.

• Propose and co-write approved standard and intermediate configurations within the testing environment.

• Assist in enhancing systems across the US and Canada by optimizing processes and creating efficiencies and redundancies.

• Recognize configuration challenges, data discrepancies, and procedural gaps, elevating significant issues as needed.

• Set up and execute UKG reports to facilitate the timecard approval processes.

• Ensure that timecards are thoroughly reviewed and approved promptly and accurately.

• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding pending timecards.

• Uphold accurate data and assist with validation, cleanup, reconciliation, and audits of controls/data.

• Maintain detailed desktop procedures and employee data/documentation.

• Implement approved security modifications while adhering to access, privacy, retention, and cross-border data regulations.

• Collaborate with HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams.

• Conduct configuration, testing, documentation, and data-related tasks for projects, releases, compliance, and acquisition-integration efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Payroll experience, or equivalent experience in supporting HR technology, benefits, compensation, or timekeeping.

• Proficient in system configuration, user support, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance.

• Capability to manage confidential data with care.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to adhere to change-management and segregation-of-duties protocols.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks and delivering timely support in a remote setting.

• Strong communication abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Preferred: Experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG WFM configuration.

• Preferred: UKG or similar HR-technology certifications.

• Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking, onboarding, learning, performance, compensation, benefits, or timekeeping systems.

• Preferred: Experience with multi-state U.S. and/or Canadian payroll or employee-population support.
