Payroll and Reward Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for processing full cycle payrolls for both International and U.S. to guarantee precise payment and documentation of earnings, wage classifications, and adherence to government regulations.

• Ensure the integrity and compliance of payroll calculations along with time and attendance records.

• Maintain compliance with relevant payroll legislation.

• Conduct validations of time and attendance.

• Provide exceptional customer service to both employees and external vendors, escalating payroll and benefits issues as necessary.

• Validate submissions for the Record of Employment.

• Respond to employee inquiries and serve as a liaison between employees and service providers.

• Manage the processing of new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence (LOAs).

• Prepare third-party reporting obligations.

• Assist with year-end activities.

• Aid in the administration and communication of reward and benefit programs.

• Collaborate on compensation analysis with the business to support ongoing talent acquisition and organizational design needs.

• Contribute to external HR surveys and prepare analytical reports.

• May undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant payroll experience, with multi-state and international payroll experience being advantageous.

• Proficient in utilizing an HRIS system, particularly Kronos or ADP, along with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Teams, Slack, etc.

• Prior experience with ATS systems, including Hibob or similar platforms.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the capacity to deliver presentations.

• Excellent analytical abilities with a talent for addressing complex problems and issues.

• Robust technical skills; a super-user level understanding of integrated database systems/HRIS.

• Self-driven, cooperative team player capable of thriving under pressure.

• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail.
