This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Execute, oversee, and assess payroll processing, billing, and accounting systems to guarantee timely and precise handling of payroll transactions, which encompass salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Collaborate with clients, third-party organizations, and colleagues to address billing discrepancies and errors.
• Generate invoices and billing documents to be dispatched directly to customers.
• Enter payment history, future payment details, or other financial information into individual accounts.
• Identify financial solutions for clients who may require assistance with payments.
• Notify customers of any missed or impending payment deadlines.
• Compute and monitor various company financial statements.
• Ensure the accurate and prompt processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Prepare and sustain precise records and reports of payroll and billing transactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage and hour regulations and best practices.
• Assist in audits by supplying records and documentation to auditors.
• Identify and propose enhancements to payroll and billing accounting software, systems, and procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal controls, and payroll taxes.
• Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and ACH processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Specialist.
• Comprehensive understanding of US Payroll Processing.
• Solid experience with ADP and QuickBooks.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess a good understanding of relevant payroll software.
