Manager, SAP HCM European Payroll Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the implementation process.

• Tailor SAP Payroll solutions to align with customer specifications.

• Efficiently manage priorities to ensure adherence to set deadlines.

• Foster clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor project advancements, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with the SAP HCM application.

• 2-3 successful HCM support and implementation projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll configurations for European countries, specifically Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands.

• Strong client orientation with a commitment to delivering results.

• Proficiency in English; German language skills are highly advantageous.
