This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Overseeing payroll processes for designated countries in the EMEA region.
• Verifying the accuracy of payroll calculations prepared by Payroll Providers.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to Akamai's employees, managers, and other stakeholders by assisting with payroll-related inquiries.
• Aiding in Payroll Year-End activities.
• Managing the Time & Attendance system as part of the Payroll calculation process.
• Ensuring adherence to all SOX controls.
• Participating in various Payroll and Time & Attendance projects.
• Identifying opportunities for payroll process enhancements and best practices.
• Possess relevant professional payroll experience, including knowledge of payroll processes in the EMEA region, such as the UK, France, Germany, or others.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Exhibit exceptional data analysis capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
• Function effectively as a team player, demonstrating strong business-partnering skills, particularly with HR and GL Teams.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
