This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Handle payroll cases, deliver suitable resolutions, and serve as the primary escalation point for operational teams.
• Generate timely and precise payroll in compliance with SD Worx processes, standards, and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Engage in testing and validation related to system updates and configuration alterations (e.g., new wage types).
• Assist in system implementations, which include testing phases, parallel processing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), aligned with SD Worx best practices.
• Maintain consistent communication with client-designated contacts to ensure efficient payroll processing.
• Interact with external entities, such as tax authorities and benefit providers, when necessary.
• Execute Year-End activities and produce statutory year-end reports.
• Ensure that global and local process standards are comprehended, executed, and adhered to by country teams while addressing client-specific requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing setting.
• Proficient understanding of payroll processes, including, but not limited to: Continuous payroll through payroll control centres, Garnishments, Payroll policies and controls, Compliance controls, Payment releases, and reporting to local authorities.
• Experience with SAP Payroll.
• Capacity to work under pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on enhancing HR processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Proficient communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and the local language.
