This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Efficiently process high-volume weekly payrolls for various entities and pay groups with speed and precision.
• Reconcile payroll information, including taxes, deductions, and adjustments across Paylocity and proprietary systems.
• Work in partnership with HR, Finance, and Operations to identify and resolve discrepancies while enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Create and maintain audit-ready reports and documentation to ensure compliance, facilitate audits, and support tax filings.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets, guaranteeing data integrity and payroll accuracy.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state setting.
• Practical expertise in Paylocity or similar systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, or Paycor, along with experience in additional proprietary systems preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, data validation, and reconciliation).
• Comprehensive knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
