📋 Description

• Play a vital role in assisting EverCommerce Payment’s integrated partners.

• Oversee and implement fraud authorization testing scenarios.

• Address escalated partner cases and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Serve as a role model and mentor within the Customer Care team.

• Engage in new hire and ongoing training initiatives by developing training materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced technical and operational support in payment processing.

• Proficiency in API integration, fraud management, and system troubleshooting.

• Capability to manage Tier 3 cases with a maximum 72-hour SLA.

• Familiarity with EverCommerce Payments policies and procedures.

• Proactive in recognizing team knowledge gaps and proposing enhancements.

• Monitor and promptly address partner inquiries via Microsoft Teams.
