• Advanced technical and operational support in payment processing.
• Proficiency in API integration, fraud management, and system troubleshooting.
• Capability to manage Tier 3 cases with a maximum 72-hour SLA.
• Familiarity with EverCommerce Payments policies and procedures.
• Proactive in recognizing team knowledge gaps and proposing enhancements.
• Monitor and promptly address partner inquiries via Microsoft Teams.
