This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership and contribute to shaping the strategy for payments and financial infrastructure throughout the platform.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team on payment architecture, integration with providers, onboarding processes, and transaction systems.
• Partner with external payment platforms and providers to enhance evolving product capabilities.
• Create user-friendly payment experiences that emphasize trust, clarity, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
• Gain a deep understanding of user workflows and pinpoint areas of friction in onboarding, payments, payouts, and transaction visibility.
• Convert complex operational and financial requirements into well-defined product specifications and scalable systems.
• Weigh speed, risk, compliance, and user experience in product decision-making.
• Establish metrics related to transaction success, onboarding conversion, operational efficiency, and payment adoption.
• Work collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive execution.
• Generally 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or platform products.
• Proven experience with payment processors, PSPs, merchant onboarding systems, or financial infrastructure products.
• Strong grasp of transaction flows, payment operations, onboarding experiences, or financial workflow design.
• Ability to distill technically complex systems into user-friendly experiences.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong sense of ownership with the capability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with early-stage teams or dynamic startups.
• Keen product intuition regarding trust, reliability, operational workflows, and user behavior in financial products.
